ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The present General Sales Conditions (GSC) apply to all orders placed on the Infrarelax website.be, operated by NEO SHIFT LTD (hereinafter « the Seller »). By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS

Orders can be placed directly on Infrarelax.be. The customer receives an order confirmation by email. The order is considered validated once payment has been confirmed.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY

Free delivery on all orders within Europe. Products are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of order confirmation. In case of delay, the customer will be informed by email. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified in the order.

ARTICLE 4 – WARRANTY

Products sold on Infrarelax.be benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of product defect or non-conformity, the customer may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a right of withdrawal of 30 days from receipt of his order, without having to provide any justification. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of defective products.

ARTICLE 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NEO SHIFT LTD cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits or other damages related to the use of products sold on Infrarelax.be. The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

ARTICLE 7 – FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibility to deliver orders in case of force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic, etc).).

ARTICLE 8 – TRANSFER OF RISK

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer upon delivery.

ARTICLE 9 – PRICES

Prices displayed on Infrarelax.be are in euros and include all applicable taxes. NEO SHIFT LTD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price applied will be that in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 10 – RETURNS

To make a return, the customer must contact customer service via the contact form on Infrarelax.be. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
